1. Data controller

ANGULAR WEB SERVICES, S.A. de C.V. ("ANGULAR") is the controller responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect the following personal data directly, when you provide it:

• Identification and contact data: name, email, phone number and company, when you share them through our forms, by email or via WhatsApp.
• Conversation content: the messages you type in the site's chat assistant and in our WhatsApp Business channel, which may contain personal data if you choose to include it.
• Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and usage logs generated automatically by our infrastructure.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not share sensitive information (health, financial, credentials or similar) through the chat or WhatsApp.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary)

• Respond to your information, quote or support requests.
• Operate the AI assistant and maintain conversation context.
• Schedule meetings and follow up on your interest.
• Manage the contractual relationship and the delivery of our services.

Secondary purposes (optional)

• Send you communications about our services, news or events.
• Produce statistics and improve the site experience.

If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, let us know at contacto@angularwebservices.com. Your refusal will not be a reason to deny you the services you request.

4. AI assistant (chat)

This site includes a conversational assistant powered by Amazon Bedrock (AWS AI service). When you use it, your messages are sent to AWS infrastructure to generate an automated response.

Conversations may be retained as technical logs within AWS services and linked to our CRM to follow up on your request and improve service quality. You are interacting with an automated system; no decisions with legal effects on you are made without human intervention.

5. WhatsApp Business and CRM

We offer support through WhatsApp Business, a service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number and message content are processed by Meta under its own policies, and by ANGULAR to assist you.

Information from your interactions (site chat and WhatsApp) may be integrated into our customer relationship management system (CRM) to provide continuity and follow-up on your request.

6. Transfers and processors

To operate our services we share data with providers acting as processors or third parties, under confidentiality and security obligations:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosting, compute (Lambda), AI (Amazon Bedrock) and logs (CloudWatch).
• Meta Platforms, Inc.: messaging via WhatsApp Business.
• CRM provider: management and follow-up of commercial communications.

Some of these providers may process information outside Mexico. We do not carry out transfers requiring your consent under the LFPDPPP without first obtaining it, except for the exceptions provided by law.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site currently does not use analytics cookies or advertising pixels. We only use technical resources necessary for its operation (such as font loading). If we incorporate measurement tools or the Meta pixel in the future, we will inform you and, where applicable, request your consent through a cookie notice. See our Cookie Policy.

8. Your rights and withdrawal of consent

You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it when inaccurate, Cancel it when you believe it is no longer needed, and Object to its processing (ARCO rights). You may also withdraw any consent you have given.

To exercise these rights, send a request to contacto@angularwebservices.com indicating your name, the data concerned and a clear description of your request. We will respond within the timeframes set by the LFPDPPP.

9. Data retention and security

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the described purposes and applicable legal obligations. We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and audit logs within AWS infrastructure.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulations. The current version will be published on this page with its update date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
